The EFS 8178 test bench is designed for calibration or endurance tests of diesel injection devices.

It takes up little floor space, while offering some very interesting features for the user:

OPERATIONS CABIN
Working surface : 1.2 m2 (l : 1090 x L : 1130).
Working volume : 1.1 m3 (h : 900).
It can be modularized, depending on the operation needs.
Accessible via two glassed-in, removable doors.
Protection at opening by security contactors.
Stainless steel tank.
Distribution of fluids through 7 openings (BSP 3/4").
Cable-pass trap doors and ducts for the operation cables.
Lighting provided by a fluorescent tube.

MOTORIZATION
"Brushless" motor with high torque, linked to a vector speed regulator.
No inertial flywheel.
Very good speed stability in the turn.
Motor power : 8 KW to 28 KW, depending on the exploitation needs.
Maximum speed : up to 6000 rev/min.
Motor Torque : up to 140 Nm (at 0 to 1940 rpm).

FLUID FEED
Monoblock unit installed on a removable drawer for a better accessibility and easier maintenance.
Stainless steel unit equipment and drawer.
Fast and accurate thermal regulation, thanks to permanent oil flow in the loop, even without external comsumption.

Injection test oil :
Maximum tank volume : 70 liters
Filtering : 3 µm
Pressure : 0,65 to 10 bars
Oil flow : 6l/min (maxi : 8 l/min)
Heating power : 3kW
Cooling power : 600W/°K
Fluid temperature : 20 °C (*) to 60°C.
(*) depending on cold water temperature
PID Regulation hot/cold.
Optional : temperature regulation with PRECITHERM (EFS 0686)

CONTROL
Via control desk, fixed to a mobile arm.
It is accessible from both sides of the bench.
Possibility of external control (by means of a dedicated rack).
Pre-cabled accesses to control/command signals and to security functions are provided.

Ouput
Reconstituted incremental coder (1/T, N/T, A and B).
Operational parameters of the motor.
Optional physical data : pressure, temperature, pressure fluid flow.
Alarm signals (for temperature, speed, pressure...).
